My project car came with 87-93 quarter glass and Im in the hunt to replace it with the 79-86 style glass. What is needed besides the sail panels?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

What else is needed depends on what else was changed. You need to tell us that or show us in pictures. The swap can be done in any number of ways, either just the glass or a bunch of other parts too to make it look "right".
Also, the tech forums are not the place to put want ads. If you're looking for parts please place a want ad in the Parts - Wanted (http://vb.foureyedpride.com/forumdisplay.php?f=74) forum. Thanks.

Obviously the glass, the rubber seal, and the trim. Most people who convert those also change over to the later model interior panels, as the older ones don't match up to the aero glass. Your best bet would be to find a donor car that has everything.

From that picture, it's impossible to tell if the interior panels were changed. If everything inside the car looks "right", it's an indicator that they were.
That wouldn't look so bad if it weren't such a huge contrast in color from the rest of the car. Paint the moldings white, and it'll stand out much less.

Need closer shots, showing the drip rail area, the top of the doors, the interior trim, etc.
