View Full Version : Hiding Wiring Harness in the Engine Bay on my 86GT

Guys, how hard and what would be need and where could I hide my wiring harness for my 86GT? Im tired of looking at that mess and I want a clean look. Also, If you all can, please posts some pics also.

A good way to make the harness at the firewall disappear is to take it out of the wire loom and electrical tape it good and tight anf it will hide under near the lip there on the firewall that was the way i usually do it . Also if you dont like the brake lines they can be hide under that lip to. With the lines there it helps keep the harness tucked up tight and unseen . Just finished a 93 gt convert i did this with while i had the motor out. i`ll see if i have a pic or two

Looks Good. What type of paint did you paint you master cylinder with? Did you primer it first? Where did you get that '5.0L' upper intake cover/emblem?

I primered everything then just rattle can satin black. I will eventually weld the holes and paint it the same color as the car. The plaque is from the actual exploder intake.
