Here's what you need to know:
Entries must be received by June 1st, 2008.
The design must include 3 cars: one Mustang, one Capri and one SVO.
The design must not include: text, Ford ovals/logos/name plates, images of people. Nothing is to SAY Ford, Mercury, Mustang or Capri. Text will be added to the design afterwards.
The only exception to the 'no text' rule is the name or signature of the artist/designer.
Entries must be 200DPI/PPI (dots or pixels per inch) resolution for good printing quality.
Maximum dimensions, in pixels, are 2700 wide by 3300 long. Entries should at least try to come to 2500x2500 at a minimum.
No 'pasting' of photographs of cars. Renderings can be based off of photographs, but cannot be photographs.
Do not make exact copies of a particular car without that owner's consent or knowledge. Asking for volunteers for your design is completely acceptable, so long as the owner acknowledges that this is a voluntary action and there will be no compensation for it.
The simpler the colors, the better, and likely the less-expensive to be printed, depending on who we go with for what.
Transparencies would probably be best as we would be able to put them on varying colors of shirts.
This is an example of the sort of thing we'd be looking for (thanks to gtluke):

FEP cannot provide monetary compensation for the design. The design should be considered a 'donation' of sorts. 'Prizes' or 'perks' of any sort are yet to be determined.
Entries will be screened by FEP Staff initially and may be presented to the membership for voting. This is also yet to be determined.
Check this thread for updates as revisions may be necessary.
All submissions must be EMAILED to admin AT foureyedpride DOT com. They are not to be posted on the message board.
If this is a success, we will move forward on other cars and designs.
