What are some things to check or look at? Car fax was clean and just looking at the front end and underside of the car it appears there were no wrecks. Clean Florida title (they have a lemon law). The AC blows somewhat cold but not that cold. Car is completely stock. I know nothing of these cars so here are a few things i have noticed so far and i'm wondering if they are real 'issues' or if thats just the way these cars are.

1. Steering feels loose. Car drives and turns fine, just feels like too much oversteer.

2. Car will not stay parked with E-brake engaged ONLY. I have to put it in gear in order keep it from rolling.

3. Interior is in average condition but needs carpet replaced due to stains - how labor intensive is replacing the carpet? I've seen full carpet kits for car and hatch area.

Pull the cowl cover and make sure you don't have a bunch of rust in there. My 86 was completely rotted out.

negusm is right, this forum really is meant for pre-purchase information, and your questions are best suited for the tech areas.
