83 Black Magic interior

I have a question about the seat availability in a 1983 Black Magic.
Were the lowback black and tan seats standard in 1983?
Were they sport seats, black and tan? Or optional black sport seats?
Does anyone have a interior shot for an 83 BM. Appreciate the help, Thanks.

I believe if you wanted the black/tan combo, you had to get the low back seats.

If you wanted the Recaros...you could get them as an option but they came in the special "pace car" pattern. I checked the fact books and it is listed as an option.

If you got the Recaros with the black magic you ONLY got the white/black center seat inserts.

Thanks guys, that re-affirms what I was thinking. This is 1983 BM specific I'm interested in,
so wasnt it an all black sport seat, instead of the earlier true recarro black/white one.
Im thinking all black, webbed head rest, no side bolster knob. I had an 82 Black Magic, and it had the black and tan lowbacks. And were the bubble back taillights gold ribbed, like the 81-82s.Thanks again, Paul.

I would assume for 1983, that yes, it would be an all black sport seat.

But I really couldn't say 100%.

Thanks Mike. I thought I had seen that info a while ago, but it had slipped my mind. I would still love to see real pics of an 83 BM interior, with either seat option. I know a few cars have been sold on ebay, but couldnt find the pics of them I thought I saved.
Any thoughts on the taillights?

Sigh...I wish my car was all together...Floor pans, seals, interior...BURNOUT!!! I can't wait. I'm going to run some '88 Mark VII seats...
