'79 Pace Car value?

Hey guys, I've run across a very nice '79 Pace car with 2.3T/4 spd. The car is complete and is driveable. I'd rate the car about a 7 out of 10. I've always loved the Pace Cars and wanted some expert opinions on what it might be worth. Car doesn't have any rust or accident repairs that I can tell. I'd appreciate any feedback.

miles? what would you rate the restore-without painting possibility?hard to determine value without pictures and more info.

The car is generally unrestored and has an indicated 56K on the odometer (undetermined as the whether it has turned over but given the general condition of the car, I'd say no). The seats have originally been redone with factory material and it has a NOS exhaust recently installed. Asking price is $4500.

Sounds like it could be worth the price to me. If you want one and it seems worth it to you then get it. The value is never going to go down on them.
