I tried to get one several years ago. All the ones I could find were either WAY over priced or very rough.

WOW that thing looks nice. I had a real nice one years ago and they are great cars. They are slow as hell but they are roomy, ride nice and last for ever. They look real nice with a set of 94/95 Cobra wheels on them.

This one dosent move out bad at all, its not like a Mustang but its no slug. Im going to do some mods to it, not to much, just a little.

Looks awesome! I love the VIIs as well, but I tried to find one without rust and couldn't. All the ones I looked at had rust in and around the rear glass drains. Seems to be a trouble spot for those cars, so keep an eye out.

I'm working on a Mark VII to go drag racing with. Very cool cars.

What makes it an SE?
My dad showed me how to do a smoky burnout in an '86 LSC in front of the local high school when I was a kid. I'm talking fully engulf the car in tire smoke so you can't see smoky burnout We still smelled like burnt rubber when we got home...
It had been traded in at the Cadillac dealer where he worked - they ended up putting a fake roadster roof on it in order to sell it
Good memories...

I guess Im just used to driving something quicker . I had gears, intake ,pulley, shift kit and a 100 shot on my wifes LSC. If you change the intake tube to a Mustang tube it makes a big difference and its just about free.

Ya, i know what you mean, im used to faster cars also, but ive been driving my exploder for a few months, and now the LSC feels quick!!
It will wear off soon.
Mustang tube makes a difference?? WOW. I have one, i need to try it.

Nice score! :tu:
I ran a Mustang tube on my car before I converted to MAF. There's a lot more potential in these cars than most people realize.
The LSC SE is a package that eliminated almost all of the chrome and made it body color. It was offered from 90-92.

Same here. Always liked them, but never found one with no rust at a decent price.

Hey, good advice. Thanks. I had one and let somebody talk me into selling it to them. Bad move on my part. Replacing it is somewhere on my "want" list. I dont remember it as being too slow. It kicked on some doors when I got my foot down in it.
Hey 1stsho, let us see some more pics of it when you get that detailing done. It's a sweet ride.

The Mark VII is just a automatic Mustang gt, with about 500 more pounds to lug around. From a dead dig it's nothing special. They really need a little more gear (it has 3.27's) or a small convertor will wake it up. But thats spending money.
Mods on the cheap, Mustang speed density tube, remove the air silencer. This thing is the size of a small carry on bag! Put stock mustang pulleys on it. Bump the timing. Enjoy.

what wax/claybar are you using?
I hate to say it but I have never claybar'd any of my cars. I really want to. Is there much to it?
lol you got it looking so nice that the headlights really stand out to me :(

I use Clay Magic. I tried Maguares, (spelling)LOL, but i didnt like it. Ive used Clay Magic for years now. Its awsome, you wont believe the difference. Smooth as a baby butt and you dont use alot of pressure. Just get the suface wet with the lube it comes with and rub lightly and you will feel the grim come off the car.
Yes, the headlights will be replaced very soon, it bugs me also!!

looks nice:pimp:
my nieghbor had a 91 lsc, triple black. he washed and cleaned that thing religiously and it showed as it looked pretty sweet. the only thing that ever went on it was the power steering pump blew up(probly from how he drives)
they are nice cars but like every one else here seems you cant find a nice one for a good price. every one i see is either a nice but overpriced one owner or a rotted and neglected used toilet. ill just wait till im a bit older for one though as luxury isnt on my priority list for a car:p
been wondering about claybars and stuff as well, good thing i bumped into this thread.

Dang, that's slick. I had no idea what an LSC was till I saw the pics then remembered I've seen a couple of these and really liked them. I'm curious if you have any pics of the interior you could post up.
