Turbo coupe ?'s

Possibly trading the 'Mont for a 88 Turbocoupe 5spd. Anything I need to search for besides the obvious maintenance things? Are there electrical gremlins like the SVO? I went over to tccoa and it seemed more like supercoupe, and turbobird forums were vague. I'm thinking this is the new daily driver. $3.25 a gallon is not kind to a crew cab F150.

I loved my 88, love my 86 better. The ride and drive was so much better with the 88 though, handled like it was rails. The 87-88's do have electrical gremlins..a lot of them!

The ABS and Ride Control are the two major things "I" know of. Make sure the ABS is WORKING...can't stress that enough.

I swapped him. ABS light is on. The car is going to be my new DD beater with a heater. After reading up, a full Motorcraft tune up is in order, maybe some shocks, struts, tires. I'd like to beat it up for awhile and save some gas. It was cheap enough.
