saw a black magic today on my way to meet daughter. after lunch went back to check it out. was at a little car lot. was missing the wheels had 10 holes on it. The hatch was rusted and the rear seat was missing the front seats were changed or recovered' looked at floor pans they looked ok. oh it is a t-topped car and a 5.0 5 speed dame had no camera. body in poor shape. have no idea how much they want for it. Is sunday and they are closed

It sure looks like a bubbleback car. And what's up with the gold ten-holes? Did someone simply paint a set of them gold, or were they available in gold on that half-year Black Magic?

if im not mistaken, there are suppose to be gold trx's there.

Should have TRX wheels. The Ten holes are probably a replacement after the original tires wore out.

I just found it odd that someone went the extra mile to paint them gold.

Yes it is a bubble back. And the seats were changed no back seat in it. wish I could of talked to someone there but place is closed on a sunday

Like Mike said, they only made Black Magics for half a year in 83. I've got one. That would be a bubble back. Can't explain the 5 bar grille, though.

I think I talked to you at the car show in Bethel this past summer, I had the black and gold Cobra II. We live very close to Xmas village. I know the road your talking about, I have to go to CJ Ponyparts today maybe i'll take a drive and see if I can find it.
