Seriously if you have a garage and a few tools like a drill, grinder, hammer, some clamps and a hack saw you can do it.
It cost me like $30 for the metal which I had them cut to the length I needed. I then took the metal to a metal shop and gave them the inside measurement I needed and had them make the bends to create the channel.(that was $20). The rest was just measuring to fit around the sway bar mount, drilling the holes for the bumper support, drilling the holes for the kmember bolts, a little old fashion metal bashing to make things form to the old frame rail because it does have a slight deviation front to back. Once I had it all clamped down and happy, I drilled a number of holes along the edge where I was going to weld it and went at it. Grind off the welds to smooth things out and then hit it with some rust proofing primer. Thats it, thats all. Just take your time and know that your gonna be taking the new rail off a few times to get things to fit.
Tip: Measure twice, cut once.
You are best to remove the sway bar and k-member.

This is what I had to deal with when I started. Just the drivers side for some wierd reason, but I did both anyways.

Sway bar does not change, and you add 1/8" to the k-member. I had absolutely no problems with my alignment/geometry.
