I remember reading your story the first time but that didn't stop me from reading it again. Have you started on the rebuild yet?

Hi Pete. I am still in the part collecting stage on the Cobra while I am trying to finish up the loose ends on the 85. At least the Cobra is all buttened up in the shed instead of out rotting away.

That's cool. I'd like see it when it's done. It's good to see these cars getting recognition and rebuilt. It's about time.

I don't remember reading the story before, so it was new and fresh to me. Glad to hear you still have plans to proceed, it's definitely worth restoring. Have you been having fun finding blue interior parts?

I also liked the grandmother's house part of the story. Reminds me of an article I read a few months ago. Seems this middle-aged lady sat down on a subway train in NYC or Boston or wherever and struck up a conversation with the young man sitting next to her. Turns out the lady's family had sold their Midwestern house to this man's family 30 years before, and thus the lady and young man had grown up in the same bedroom. A small-world story to top them all.
