1984 SVO
early production (built Oct '83); approx 141,XXX miles (original engine)
Originally a 1C car, now Aegean Blue (painted Fall 2003)
Many upgrades including:
- 8.8 rear w/ SVO girdle cover (powder coated)
- Global West subframe connectors (full matrix)
- Global West rear lower control arms
- Ford Heavy Duty rear upper control arms (boxed & POR-15)
- SN 95 front suspension
- new Konis (converted from slapper bar to quad shock)
- powder coated front & rear sway bars
- FMS Aluminum drive shaft
- Baer brakes at all four corners
- Kenny Brown C/C plates & K-member brace
- Flaming River Manual rack
- LA3 computer w/ 35lbs injectors
- Kirban FPR
- Gillis Adjustable Boost Control
- Tiny Avenger FMIC w/ powder coated I/C pipes (Spearco knock-off)
- T3/T4 Hybrid from Evergreen Turbo
- E6 manifold
- new exhaust (no Cat or EGR Valve)
- 3" Downpipe (necks to 2.5 for muffler)
- Dynomax Turbo Muffler
- 3 row Aluminum rad w/ electric fan

- Option Delete car (no radio, A/C, manual windows/locks)

- '79 Pace Car seats recovered in SVO cloth (flawless)

Folks - this is a nice car and the only reason I'm selling it is to fund another project. This car is not stock and shoud not be bought with that being the intention. This is a nicely modified SVO and the best parts were used when available. It's fun to drive and fairly reliable (I don't think I would drive it across country). Still wears the factory undercoating. No major rust and is a clean car considering that it has spent it's entire life in the Mid-Atlantic states (originally from PA). I have a ton of receipts and a lot of history on this particular car. This car gets a lot of attention where ever it goes and has been reconized at Carlisle All Ford Nationals, SVOCA events, and the 40th Mustang Anniversary. Its in great shape, but could use some cosmetic attention (front bumber cover/fenders need adjustment for better fit). I'm not forced to sell, so I'm going to be pretty firm on my price. I'm asking $6000. Questions welcomed. Car is located in Westminster, MD (21158 ).
Can deliever within 100miles for free. Can arrange meeting if outside 100miles
