I am going to be pulling the motor and trans from my 97,000 mile LTD LX. obviously it is the 5.0 CFI/AOD combo. Runs good, trans works fine.

I will sell it from pan to CFI, distributor and ECM.. no accessories though.

$300 for it all

Where are you located? What condition is the engine harness in?

In North Carolina. The engine harness seems fine. I will know more when I pull it out

Have you pulled the engine out? Wish I could swing the trans right now but can not - how does the engine hrness look? zak

motor and trans are out...gave the tranny to my buddy to put in his 67 coupe. motor available still $100 pickup only.

zak- harness looked good until my buddy(same as above..lol) cut the connectors for all the vacuum stuff on the drivers side...can be spliced back in if need be
