issues with posting

Have to type this fast. If I don't get my response typed out quickly, when I go to press submit, it thinks for a few seconds then says "done" and does not post my response. I have been trying for a few hours now to post up on a few threads, but if I wait for even 4 or 5 minutes to post up, I can't. I have even exited the site and tried again with no success. What is causing this?

have you tried any other sites, as the problem may be in your pc itself? if you belong to other forums, try posting. determine whether the problem exists only when you are on this site. if it's not just this site, do a system restore if you have windows xp, start, all programs, accesories, system tools, system restore, just click yesterday or the day befores date, and it'll restart and should be fine. that's my fix for everything in xp, also, if you don't want to do that, if your using internet explorer, click tools, internet options, delete files, clear history, delete all offline content, click advanved, click restore defaults, if using firefox, click tools, clear private data. hope this helps.

All other sites I am a member of are ok. I am using Firefox so I'll try your suggestion and see what comes of it.
