i found a cool link and a quick download for a program to resize jpegs,
i was trying to upload an avatar since most people here have them but my jpegs were way too big, anyways, just thought i'd share in case anyone was having the same problem, real easy to use. can resize your pics whatever size you want, heres the link :)
