My youngest son and I probably have about 15+ hours in buffing it out. It is a repaint, but I'm not complaining. The interior is not as good as it looks, but will work until I address other issues.
The main thig is that the car is even more original than I thought and is a DRIVER. And I plan to enjoy it!!!!

Nice find! I don't see them out here but on rare ocassion.... And that's saying allot for a state without rust killing 'em off......:lol:

SWEET car, my sister had an 83 RS but it was a 5.0L... BUT... her was, until now, the only one I had ever seen wit that nice steering wheel black reacaros with the mesh halos...

Dude, I am so jealous right now... SWEET CAR! I have an 80 RS Turbo undergoing an EFI 2.3T swap now.
