LTD LX Gauge pod... DONE!

Yep... I've finished it. I finally got up off my ass and got it installed and done. Now I just need to properly install and secure the radio down.

Heres a blurry picture with a camera who's batteries were near dead. I took it this morning... so I was in a hurry. I'll take a better one when I get the chance.

It's not bad really... I know I could have done a couple of things a little different. I could have sunk the pods in a little more and could have done better with the paint. But I'm happy with it.

Nice. Looks very similar to mine. I woulda gone with flat black paint, though.

Yeah... thats one of the things I'd have done different.... I used semi gloss... but wanted satin black to match the gauges and dash trim. But thats the paint i had then and there was no wind at that time. Wouldn't have been an issue If I had my old Spray booth (garage... But my mother complained).

What's with all the crap on the floor? JEEZ, Vacuum your car, dude! LOL I'm KIDDING! Your gauge pod came out great! Ever think about making one for the '85 Mustang (above the glovebox panel)?
