Getting ready to run my coolant lines. Is there a cheaper way to plumb this thing than buying the $100 hoses from forced4? I want to use the factory oil cooler/warmer and my T3 is water cooled. I havent decided if I want to route the water through the turbo or not. I will use the heater core also. The block is an 84 block and not sure if it has the water passage accessed on the passenger side (does that make sense)? Seems like the stinger 3" downpipe is awful close the heater core hoses, concerning?? I have all the original metal lines for water cooled T3 and non cooled. Need some help here and pics too.

Which way does the flow travel in this diagram? Out the Thermostat housing and back in through the water pump, right??

correct on the flow. mine is setup that way except the coolant exit line from the turbo is tee'd into the line running to the water pump instead of the block as i couldnt get the plug out of the side of the block.

After much searching and reading, Im thinking Im going to eliminate the oil cooler/warmer and run a thin synthetic oil. It wont be driven in the bitter cold. Think it'll work?? Which way is the coolant running from the lower intake, out the hose or in from the hose. Guessing from the diagram, it looks like it flows into the intake, then does it flow through the head??
