where is a good place to get a oil line to the turbo. I'm thinking a braided line
can't get on turboford today

Stingers oil lines are pretty good. www.stinger-performance.com, I think is the website.

if you are talking about the long line with lots of bends I just had mine replaced..my mechinic couldn't get one new so he made one out of a brake line....

He should have been able to.
There are two different ones.
An E3zz part number and an e7se part. Both were about 13-15 bucks new.
I just bought a few of them about 6 months ago.

I got mine from Ebay. Was real fun driving 80mph looking down seeing that I had no oil pressure.

I thought about doing that but wasnt' sure if NAPA had lines long enough AND our line bender has mysteriously disappeared :(

Yeah, NAPA came to the rescue for us, as always. We're blessed with a good one. Those things sure do erupt when they go. I had oil on the hatch glass from mine.

Mine and what I think 83rsturbo and lou had happen is the hairline crack. I have a picture of mine somewhere, it cracked right at the first bend from the feed location.

never could find a crack in mine. and it was leaking bad had oil spot wherever i parked.all over the hatch too

Call your local dealership, they can run it in a Ford website to find out which dealerships have one (if you can, go down and ask for the printout, some of the dealers listed will say things like "cost + 10%" or "cost"), and Greensales probably has some too..
