Plan on doing a little open track fun in the cougar and I need springs/shocks/struts.
I will be daily driving the car with the ocasional open track event.
What springs would you guys recomend?
What shocks/struts?
Do any of the parts exhange between the mustang and other fox cars. I'm not looking to dump the car just stiffen the ride up a bit and increase the handling.
