Is yours missing? $30 "used" to be able to get you the whole engine harness.im converting the 86 coupe i just bought to a 2.3t using the harness from a 89 2.3. The whole project is costing mebbe $600. :D

Thats why. My harness is from an 87 Turbocoupe and it cost me $45. I didn't want to deal with the work required for repinning and such.

Try your local Ford dealer. As much as I prefer to support vendors like Forced4, I can get most EEC and other wiring plugs much cheaper from the parts department at the local dealership. Its going to be a stretch that they'll still stock it at all, but its worth a shot. Of course if that harness plug is no longer available anywhere else, $30 might not be that unreasonable for a relatively low volume part.
