I was just wondering what type of special graphics, exterior and interior parts and performance mods that the 1979 Cobra has. Thanks.

Regarding the performance features over and above what was available on lesser Mustangs: there were none. Cobras are mechanically identical to other '79s.

TRX suspension package, cobra emblem, black dash bezels, cobra door decals, and an optional hood snake. The '79s either came with the 302 V8 or turbo 4cyl.

What all comes with the TRX handling package? And did all Cobras get the TRX standard or was this an option? And the cobras didnt come with special seats like the pace car???

Nope the recaro seats were only optional on the '80-'81 Cobras and '80-'82 mustangs. The TRX suspension package was standard on the cobras and consisted of TRX wheels and tires, different sway bars, and I'm pretty sure different shocks and struts to stiffen the ride.
Really the cobra package was just an "appearance" package since any '79 mustang could be had with the turbo 4 or V8 and the TRX suspension package. The cobras also came standard with a forward facing non-functional hood scoop. '79 Cobras did not have a rear wing.

The TRX package also included different springs.
