I put heavier duty GT springs/swaybars/rack & pinion and 16" rims on the BLUEMERC and was wondering what specs would be best for mostly "normal" driving and the occasional corner carving? Actually I should really replace the back bushings & control arms before any serious corner carving!

I dunno what the alignment specs are... but why did you put GT springs on it? You could have bought new Moog 1985 LTD LX replacements. 600lbs front and 275lbs rear.
