Where could all this oil be coming from? It seems to be coming from somewhere just behind the intake. Is there maybe something wrong with the PCV system that is causing the oil to squirt out the dipstick tube or is there some other pressureized oil line back there to check out?
In the pics you can see it wet under the intake and behind the intake and also on the bottom of the hood.

I do believe a bad PCV will make the dipstick pop out. If that is the case... a Ford only PCV would be a nice part to get.

Yep. The dipstick popped out and sprayed oil all over the furewall, hood, and lower intake manifold.
Ford PCV.

Where can you get the Ford ones? Does the Ford dealer still have them? I checked the pcv valve in there now and it looks almost new but its not a Ford one.
Also, there is a tube coming out the back of the valve cover that goes towards the turbo. Should I check for anything there?

Ford should still have them. For some reason, these turbo cars only like Ford PCV valves, that aftermarket one may be your problem.

You can also get the correct replacement PCV valve as a motorcraft part. I order mine from Rockauto.com, but they can be ordered through Advanced (I think) The KEY is to hold it verticle and not be able to blow through the intake side of the valve. If you can, boost is going into the crankcase. A mod that a lot make, is to add a check valve to that circuit.
There are other sources of oil in that region as well. The oil pressure sender is on the side of the head there, as well as the oil supply line to the turbo. Both have been known to leak as well.
If you are finding the dipstick out, its probably the PCV valve.

Well I checked the compression and it is 140 dead even on all cyls so its not blowby.
Everyone seems to think its the pcv so I ordered a couple along with a bunch of other stuff from www.forced4.com
Thanks for the help everyone.

Yeah I have a Puralaotr PCV, although mine hasn't done what yours has...I do often pop my hood and my dipstick is not sealed like it usually is.

Well I got the motorcraft PCV today and switched them around. I can blow right through the no-name PCV that was in the car but when I try to do it with the motorcraft one, nothing... That had to be it. The turbo was pressurizing the crank case with 18psi of boost.

Sounds about right.
