Bench race

This is a rough outline of my setup, a few more detials are in my sig. Ideas as to what it will run with say a 2.0-2.2 60ft (yea i know i suck)

gt40 heads
cobra intake
b303 cam
4.10 gears
shift it in the aod
it will be shifted at 6k and weighs 3150. Assume minimal to some tire spin.

what throttle body, what mass air meter, what injectors.....

what throttle body, what mass air meter, what injectors..... lets say a explorer throttle body, 70mm MAF meter and 19lb injectors (they are brand new and im not aobut to replace them now)

chances are you will be lean with 19#ers.....I sure was

Since the title is bench racing, I bet if we put casters on our work benches mine would be faster.



With a 2.2 60' I bet you end up in the 14's. maybee 13's if you have everything tweaked together enough to proivde some good power and can power out the backend. I would work on that 60' and then watch teh numbers start to drop.
