musmont fixup

well, i've had a bit of time off from school, so i decided to get the musmont into some sort of decent condition. the hood and fenders were getting a bit rusty, so i repainted the hood, the grille, and began swapping the fenders from the orange zephyr we aquired a few months ago, because they have those cool side vents. without further delay, i bring you PICS!!!

im hoping to get the other fender on this weekend, and probably start painting them too. im probably gonna go for a primer grey on the whole body.... lets face it, we have enough dusty beige wagons at our house... hehe. then do the accents, like the grille, the side vents, the cowl vent, etc. in flat black. i've decided the 'theme' of the car is 'TAKE NO PRISONERS'... seems to fit the car well.

TNP is a grear Megadeth song too. Maybe it'd be cool to eventually get Megadeth airbrushed on the tailgate? Or maybe at least a decal.

It should be a plain-jane 78.... unless Phil and his dad changed the front turnsignal lenses to the clear 78 only lenses.

TNP is a grear Megadeth song too. Maybe it'd be cool to eventually get Megadeth airbrushed on the tailgate? Or maybe at least a decal.

hehe you're damn right TNP is a good megadeth song.... i dunno about a full-on megadeth logo but im thinkin an iron cross on the hood... and i dunno what else for the rest of the car.... maybe a custom "Musmont' logo for the back? hehe.

as for zephyr plans, we're not too sure. it would be cool todo an efi 5-speed swap... it has subframes so maybe a roadracer buildup. i dunno. we've kinda got the wagon side of the pond covered, lol, so a zephyr would be a fun new project
