Is that the dead on color or a close match?
Reason I'm asking is I'll go to a close color if i can't find the exact color.

I'm surprised this has not come up before. When I did a search it came back with no results.

This depends on how much fading has happened on your gauges.

People often use a Testor's orange. I found that the Krylon Bright Orange/Red paint is pretty darn close.

Now the REAL ORIGINAL color is RED! I got a super low mileage cluster on ebay and the gauges are ALL red with NO FADE!

the one on my "new in box" nos 140 cluster are like a pinkish red, ulmost like a bright orangy red, and the "red" lettering on the gauges is an almost florescent pink color, i will post up pics if ya need them, these gauges, fuel, o.p, tach, and speedo came out of new ford boxes, so should be correct, but they look funny being pink...........

Testors orange looks nice when new but fades pretty noticibly. I did my trucks (1982 F-250) cluster about a year ago and can allready see signs of it fading.
