FEP Get together 6/2006

Just throwing this out!

Who would be up for a fun get together in June of '06. Fathers day weekend is when the Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup happens in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It is a cool 4 day event with a bunch of activities, auto-x event, and a huge show. It is a lot of fun in a care free setting. My wife and I will be going next year for the whole event (thurs-sun). Steamboat is a small ski town with tons of shopping and outdoo activities. Of course the weekend and town are filled with tons of Stangs. In 05 I had my SVO out there and it was a sad site for 4-eye foxes. The turnout was LAME, I think there were under 10 cars sporting 4 eyes! Out of like 300 cars. It was sad. Anyway, for 2006, I will have the Saleen out along with hopefully 3 other 4-eye Saleens.

I know we have a bunch of nice cars in the mid-west that would do wonders for the outcome of the 79-86 foxes there.

It would make for some cool pics for the site and the 07 Calendar. Maybe Skye and Mike can make the drive! I drove down to see Firebird in my SVO...

So who's in, or at least thinking about it?

Just the kind of thing to help you hit up some locals that might not surf the board often enough to find your thread.

That's cool. I was hopin to get some exposure in the General Section before it got moved. But this is more for anyone! Not just the locals. The RMMR gets people from all sorts of states surrounding CO.

I am interested. I live southeast of Phoenix. I visited the FFF deal at Knott's Berry Farm with my Fairmont last weekend and had a ball. I wish we could post these on the general boards. Ken.
