I've got a black '01 Lightning(my everyday driver)

An '81 and an '82 Granada (the '82 is a wagon waiting for a Mod motor swap). An '86 GT parts cars thats donating its life for the '81.

Thats It for foxes. My other cars are a '65 Mercury Colony Park wagon(yes! I like wagons), a '70 Cougar, '99 Civic SI and I'm always on the look for interesting cars. Chuck

Meeting up would be sweet. I just have an unrestored 81 mustang. It's in pretty good shape all things considered.... it gets me to and from school and work alright, if a bit frightning in the heavy rain... lol

I realy want a fuel injected car, I will convert mine to fuel injection if I do not sell it before winter but I really did not want to mess up a 30,000 mile car that is not to far from the way it left the factory in 83.

Not sure yet, I would like an 86 but I also have had my eye on a newer cobra 96-98. Also would consider the right svo, Its too hard to pick just one, that is probubly why I have had 5 in the past year and a half.

lol let me see ive had a 1978 mustang cobra II (from my uncle) a 1979 pace car (bought off my friend then sold it back ) a 1984 (needed fuel injection ,im a big FI HO fan) a 1991 lx (sold it for my 86 ) and now i own my 86 :D

That's sad, though i guess michigan isnt the best place for mustangs, or any performance car for that matter.... they dont like snow, but sadly mine will have to endure its second winter ever this year... i feel bad for puttin it through it cause it has like no rust underneath, but after this year... who knows....

There are a lot of mustang owners in my town, I have become very good friends with many of them, just not many four eyed owners. I think it could be that way all over michigan, not sure though. Thats just the way it is around my area. :?:

i know there is more of us i seen some of their posts in here and there is one guy from westland also but he aint been on in 2 weeks so , well it is kinda sad its just the 4 of us but i dont care im still the type of guy to have all four of us in a pack cruising,hanging out ,or getting a bite,well i was leaving work the other day and seen a few guys like 6 or 7 mustangs drive by in a pack and thought that was totally awesome ! also tim i think jcwhitney makes this body charge kit that prevents a car from rusting ,my friend told me about it the other day but i dont know if it works and i still need to pick up a catalog this thursday to actually find out how it works but ill keep you posted ! well its raining like crazy here and theres a tornado watch lol pretty crazy in november huh lol

Where are you in Westland? I'm guessing you're near the Livonia border, since you're 5 minutes from Roush. I'm near Cherry Hill and Merriman, by the border of Garden City and Westland.

I check-in here once in awhile, but don't post very often. There were a couple of other four-eye guys from Westland who used to post, but I haven't seen them around lately.

Alot of my friends have Mustangs, but mine is the only four-eye among us. Just about all of the guys have young kids and don't have time to themselves anymore to hang out on the internet. Most them don't really like to anyway.

hey there mike ! i know how it is to have kids i have 2 ,i try to make it on here everyday because of my passion for 4 eyes , but you were wondering where im located , i live at merriman and joy rd. and i actually bought my car at a dealer u might know of that always has mustangs ,its payless used cars on michigan ave. , i seen your cardomain site and let me say u got a good start on that car and its very clean and maybe one day when we got some free time we could check out each others cars

Yeah, I drove past that car lot last week and saw they had four or five Mustangs sitting there. Never really noticed that place until then. My wife was with me, so I didn't dare stop and look. She doesn't understand why someone would want more than one Mustang at a time.

Anyway...it would be cool to meet up sometime. Too bad the weather is crap now and we won't be driving the Mustangs much for the next few months.

Things are OK here. Just trying to fix some electrical gremlins so I can get my car back to the track. Was hoping to go to Milan for opening day yesterday, but I had to work and couldn't finish the wiring. I want to get a few decent baseline N/A runs in before I install my turbo kit this summer. I need to get the suspension and tuning figured out before I mess with the turbo.

I plan on joining Motown Muscle musclecar club ( www.motownmuscle.com ) this spring too. A couple of my friends are members and keep bugging me to join.

So this 70 degree weather has been pretty nice lately eh? Have you guys pulled the stangs out yet or are they still safely tucked away? Mine is itching to get driven, but until I finish her I think I am going to leave her uninsured and unplated.... why pay insurance on a car that you cant drive right? I view it as a form of motivation.

So are any of you guys bodymen? I am going to be needing to do some body work on the stang this summer, and if any of you guys are into bodywork i'd be happy to patronize your buisness as opposed to Maaco for the body work I am incapable of doing... (ie. rust hole on passenger quarter panal...)

Actually another blue four eyed very, must be an 86 since it has the third brake light, just happened to show up. That makes four four eyes in my neck of the woods (including mine). I think there also may be a four eye aero conversion because it has the 79-86 style quarter windows with sail panals...

I wish your BBQ wasn't so far away. That's my wife's birthday and 270 miles is a little too far to stop by and hang out for a little while...might've been possible if she didn't hate Mustangs/Fords in general. Shoot the Woodward Dream Cruise is that weekend too.:x

Can't go to Milan on the 5th either. We're having a surprise party for my uncles' (they're twins) 50th birthday. My uncles and family are coming over around noon and staying all day. Maybe they won't notice if I sneak out for a couple of hours.
