Best Cleaner?

Thanks to you guys I have found out about 303 Protectant. Last night I was cleaning the Cobra's dash and it has a little texture to it which dirt can get down in. I used "Simple Orange" and that cleaned it very well, but I felt like this is too strong. I deluted the simple orange with a 50/50 ratio of simple orange and water. I then let it dry and put on 303 protectant.

I am going to do my door panels next but want to wait to hear from you guys which product is the best cleaner for plastic and vinyl?
