Ok, i just want to know how many made with v8 and manual and also v8 and automatic? Does anybody know?

I don't think we know how many Cobras were even made....forget about any options...

I've heard the number 7000 bandied about, but with nothing much to back it up.

Yes, Hissing Cobra has said that....but I don't think he's too sure on that number either.

I've got one publication (Ultimate Mustang) and it states that there were 7,000 produced. I have not seen this number in any other publication though. I wonder where they got this information.

My Mustang red book says there were 11,000 pace cars built, but nothing about cobras.
