Ok as title says I am looking for air damn "fastners" Or what ever the proper name for them is. There are two types I need. 1 has a screw end on it that goes into the fiberglass parts the other end has a nut on it. The 2nd one holds the flexable parts of the air dam to the fender ect. I want to take down my front nose and fix it. In past experiances these fastners are rusty and sometimes to far gone to reuse. Any help would be great. Thanx.

What about damn air fastners LOL, sorry I couldn't resist. Seriously, like you mentioned, these are usually a problem, so maybe you local body shop may have some or at least a source that could hook you up.

Try your local Ford dealer.
If you have an example, take it in to them and have them match it. Or, you could have them look it up on the microfiche and find the actual part number for the piece you are looking for and see if they can still get it. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Alternately, is this something that can be found on the "HELP!" display at most automotive parts stores?

Capril, I know how you feel. The fasteners can get pretty rusty and a pain to take off without destroying the valence or bolt itself. When restoring my 79 pace car, some of mine ended up coming right out of the fiberglass and I even ended up breaking some fasteners off. A cheap alternative may be removing the 2 fasteners on the back of old front signal lamps of 79 - 86 mustangs or Capris, since they are almost if not identical. Stripped fiberglass fasteners (the end that is screwed into the fiberglass) can also be reanchored with automotive adhesive. Good luck!
