great guy to deal with! i bought vert only pieces from him and was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box.the mounting screws were in place! now i'll have unbroken seatbelt clips,and mount 'em with factory hardware! :lol: (goodby goofy junk screws!) thanks Matt!
