Ugh, now I am a firm believer that any rust should be cut out, however my mazda got keyed and the unpleasent writing needs too be removed. I am going to paint my mazda here in 2 weeks. Now since I am one to remove and replace rust I am not familiar with the cheap version of rust neutralizer.
I know I need to grind the area down to bare metal and then apply it then fibreplast it, then primer it and then paint it. However I am not sure of what brands I should be looking at and possibly if one works better then the other.
Does anyone have any feedback and/or experience on these types of products?

How is it applied? I know you have to get it down to bare metal but do you apply it, then put fibreplast over it then prime? How did you do it?

Brush on or spray on

Actually, acording to the directions, you don't have to get it down to bare metal w/ Rust Encapsulator
However, usually I do
It does not need to be painted, and in many instances where I have used it, I have not painted it
I don't remember if you need to prime
Often I am encapsulating frame or floor pieces, and depending on the paint to be used, I have both primed and done w/o
I have not used fibreplast
