c-4 id pan fill? case fill?

does the pan fill tranny actually go straight into the pan like an outlet or something.........i think i have a case fill which would be 157 tooth small right .....if any1 has pics to show the difference that would be great to thanks

yeah the pan fill is what i have and it goes right in to the side of the pan if you have a pan fill you would know,the case is yes i think is 157 tooth and has the 24 spline shaft

1970 they changed to 26 spline..... got it all figured out i have small bell 157 t..............
