got the turbocoupe rearend in with the 3.55 gears and went to the track and only managed a 14.7 @96. i ran a 14.8 @ 95 with stock gears and a blown trakloc with means i had to baby it off the line. i have decent tires now and wheel spin wasnt a problem. the first run was made earlier in the year (april) and this run was made last friday. the only thing i could think of was the humidity was at 91% and that affected my runs. my car is noticeably quicker on the street but i cant figure out why it doesnt show on the track.

I think you already answered your own question...;) Heat & high humidity will kill e.t's. You probably will run 14.4's in cooler & less humid weather....

I agree, you need to compare apples to apples. Also how the track was prepped will make a difference too.
