heh, yeah I remember this guy. not 1 photo of the so-called 'wreck'. Just two cars with alot of parts going back and forth. funny thing is, someone on his cardomain site said 'hey man, looks great after the conversion'.
good riddance to that hack job. another four eye soldier down and out.

That was a nice way to ruin two decent cars, why on earth would you do all of that work to make the 84 into what the blue GT already was? Idiot should have traded his friend out of the blue one, then he probably wouldn't even need to fool with a paintjob.

The paintjob will cost more than the market value of the car now.

Guys, I don't think I would go chasing him down again. It's already a lost cause, we made our point here already and I don't think you want FEP to get a rep for vendettas against other people.

I think some of you are confused. BUSTER and jessewdoss/fiveohno are two different people.
I agree that we don't need to go to another 'site and start bashing people. That doesn't help.

Uhm, it's a different dude, dude.
Anyway, yes, as always try to be civil, make them listen to reason, etc. Bashing, name calling and all that will just make them want to do it to spite those of us who hate it.

This was my response. I think it made the point, while still playing nice.
"I have to agree with everyone else. Keep it 4-eye. The '85-'86 is one of the best looking front ends ever put on a fox. If you really, truly want a Tempo, err.. aeronose, sell the '85 to someone who will restore it to what it should be and by your '87-'93 car. By the time you are done swapping the nose, head light panel, re-wireing the lights so they all work properly and changing all of the trim on the car so it matches, plus a repaint, you just spent a fortune to DECREASE the value of the car. Don't do it man!
Oh, yeah, don't mind Moellll, he got you confused with someone else on here that did the same thing, after ignoring our advice and getting kinda rude, then had the nerve to come to www.foureyedpride.com and ask for help after he couldn't get everything working right after his hack job.
Come over to foureyed pride, we are dedicated to preserving, restoring and modifying 4 eyed 'stangs and Capri's. You might just gain some appreciation for what you have and learn to love it!"
P.S. I was typing when Moellll fixed his post! I figured would explain what happened!

I've already made my comments to the knob when that long thread was on this site about the 84.
The person wrecking the 85 is a doofus as well but the wheel goes around. When that person goes to sell that car they are gonna see that its worth crap since they destroyed it.

Damn, you guys really like to stir stuff up eh? Why get all hot around the collar about it? It doesn't effect you at all. Heck, it makes the value of your cars go up actually, as there is now one more hackjob to be parted out/junked.
I love '85s too. My favorite year. :(

That is exactly wrong. Plus, who is in this for investment purposes? Cars are not known for fantastic returns on money spent.
The more people do this to these cars, the more they are seen as worthless and throwaway. 'All those things are good for is parts or a good aero swap.' AND the fewer cars we have out there sporting their original identity, the less likely we are to see reproduction parts of any kind.
Go ahead and give your blessing if you'd like, but it does not do anything but hurt the cars in general, not help.

Blessing? Lord no. I personally think it's a pretty retarded idea, but I'm not gonna get all steaming mad about it.
