Hey everyone. I wanted to share some foureye pic's from today's show. It was a fairly decent show and the weather held out (there was a chance of threatening thunderstorms.) This show was held by the Mustang Car Club of New England and they did a fine job with the festivities.

I also met up with two members of this site (Eddie-DOHC32vMarkVIII and Fred-Fredzilla.) They've both got awesome 'stangs! I'll post some pic's of their's too. Both Fred and I gave another guy (Dave) the name of this website because he is the original owner of a '79 Indy Pace Car. Hopefully he joins and we'll have another knowledgeable member (he was a Ford technician for over 10 years!)

Many of the pic's were taken under the overcast sky, so I apologize for their darkness. I hope you enjoy them anyway!

This MINT '85 GT convertible won the coveted "Best of Show" trophy for all Mustangs between '74-'93. It's immaculate on both the inside and the outside.

Here's Fred's awesome ONE OWNER '86 Capri!

Here's possible new member Dave's ONE OWNER '79 Pace Car that's flanked by either an '85 or '86 GT (I can't remember!)

Here's Eddie's '85 GT.

Another two. This Black SVO sports 9,000 original miles.

Two more. This Red '86 took third place.

Here's my brother's '85 and my '79. I took first place and he took 2nd, while the aforementioned Red one took 3rd. Fred also took a trophy but I can't remember how he placed. Congratulations!

I had to take this one too. It's my '79 Cobra with Dave's '79 Pace Car.

Yup, another great show put on by the
M.C.C.N.E :)
Some real sweet cas at this show. I was stunned at my 2nd place
trophy in the 73-present Ford family. 8O .
Congrats, to you Hissing Cobra and your brother on your
1st and 2nd place. Although, I was not surprised at that. Both
cars are absolutely beautiful.

I have noticed some more interest and a higher # of participants
in the 79-93 Fox body Mustang. They are definately becoming more popular.

That SSP car was in CT at the Mustangs Unlimited show last month. A guy in Georgia restored that car but found out AFTER he finished it that it was illegal to register that car in Georgia because it was painted the same colors as the on duty cars and he didn't wanna paint it a different color so that car I believe is now in NH. Sharp looking car, has all the radio equipment and a Krispy Kream box on the front seat lol.

As you can see in my recent post my car is moving along so lemme know when you guys go to these shows, I'd love to tag along. Fredzilla has asked me a few times but haven't had the car ready but I'm closer to driving it now finally

Reporting in, albiet a few days late :D The Ford Round Up at Rodman Ford was amazing! I have never been to a show of that size before, nevermind a primarily Mustang show, I was in heaven! Peter and his brother Paul were incredibley cool guys, and knew a TON about Mustangs, more than I could hope to forget, and their cars are a LOT cleaner in person than in the pictures. And Fred was a cool guy too, very down to earth and his car was INSANELY clean! You should have seen the look on my face when I asked how long ago he bought it, and he said NEW! 8O

Our group was a few of the first cars there, despite me getting seperated and getting there a little early ;) The orange Mach 1 is a dude Peter and Paul know, and is the dad of a kid I went to HS with. That car is INSANE! Procharged and intercooled, and a crapload of other mods, but looks completely stock:

BAD50h, here is the interior of that cop car you were talking about, it was soooo cool:

Fred's sweet Capri:

General atmosphere of the show; and I think there were even more cars than this, I have to leave early to work and they were still rolling in:

Hissing Cobra I have quite a few pics of your brother's 85 taken at Fun Ford Weekend in Epping. I always wanted to paint my 85 that color blue and as soon as I saw your bros 85 I was in heaven. I honestly look for that car every year lol to take pics. Big compliments from me to yours and your brothers car. Will you be at the show in Worcester?

Thanks! He'll be happy to hear that. ;) As for the show in Worcester, which show is that? We just went to the Nationals in Worcester three weeks ago. Was that the show that you're talking about?

We're going to Fun Ford Weekend at New England Dragway and also to the MCCNE show at Mustangs Unlimited in Manchester, Connecticut in September. Those are the two biggest shows that we have left to attend this summer.

That Regatta blue 85 GT vert is identical to one that was for sale near my house, but I didn't have the $9500 they were asking for it (and yes, it was low mileage and VERY nice). Man, I really wanted that car, that is one of the prettiest colors the 85s came in.

Hey Hissing Cobra, Sounds like you guys had a good time at the show. Some nice pics were taken. You guys all have nice cars. Maybe I'll have to hook up with you guys at some of the shows in my 85 G.T.
