That license plate frame is from Sanderson Ford in Glendale ARIZONA. So, it's quite possible that's a very spotless car.

Good question - what I mean is that 79-82 Insulation is very hard to find. It looks like an 83-up reproduction like LMS supplies.

Looks like 79-82 insulation to me, it has the outline of the optional hood scoop hole in it.
