Well, when I wanted to be different, I painted a set of 14" steel wheels gloss black and put some trim rings on em.. total sleeper. Now, 10 Holes are the choice for me.

Different... 4 lug... Hmm.

ROH ZR6 (OK so I' biased, Meyersracing has a set on his 86, I have a set of 4 lug that will be going on my 83, and I have a set of 5 lug on my 84 SVO, see my album. There was a guy in Canada selling a complete set of 17" 4 lug on ebay back awhile ago)

TurboCoupe Snowflake wheels - I have a friend that has a set that are chromed out w black inlay he'd part with for cheap, centercaps are MIA pretty sure though...

SVT Contour/Focus wheels

Turbines painted up like Marz's ride (sinceyou have a black car)

Thats all I can think of for now....

I ordered a set of four on Friday from Tire Rack. I got the Firestone Firehawk wide oval tires on them. Went with 245/50-16's.
Tires mounteed on wheels and shipped to me was 995.00 total.
Hope to have them on my black 82 RS this wednesday.

Do the 245 tires rub anywhere? What was the offset on the rims? I thought anything over 225 rubs on a foxbody.

Just got the wheels / tires yesterday and put them on last night.
They look nicer than I expected.

I am in the middle of putting headers on, so I haven't driven it yet.
The rear tires fit perfect, look great.
The front tires however are tight. They are very close to the front shocks.
I haven't turned the wheels lock to lock yet, again cause the motor is apart, but I will try to do that today via strong arm. I am thinking I would have been smarter to get the 225's for the front end, but does anyone have any thoughts on the 2 different sizes front to rear?

I surely will not be driving in the snow and hope not to be in the rain, but we all get caught on occasion.

It is raining here today but if it lets up, I will roll it out of the garage and take a quick pic to post up.

The off set spec it +15mm.
Here is the link (if it works) to the spec sheet for these wheels on tirerack.com
