Changing Interior Color?

I've never been much for the red interior on these cars. How hard would it be, and how much would it cost, to change the entire color of the interior on one of these cars? :?:

True.... The best ways are to find a complete interior to perform a color "change" are....

1) A wrecked donor vehicle someone advertises in the Green Sheet or Recycler.
2)Check with local car groups, friends with foureyes, & at the drag strip for guy's removing\gutting the interior for a drag specific car
3)Finding the interior in the junk yard; several trips\components at a time until everything needed is ready...
4) Having the seats recovered & painting the rest of the interior(worst & costliest method in my opinion).
