svo rear

is a svo rear axle a 7.5 or a 8.8? i think i found one here in ohio but its a little bit of a drive to take not knowing everything about it!

Should be a 7.5....

All svo rear ends are 7.5" rears.
Depending on what year SVO it is, you could have either 3.45 or 3.73 gears. All 1984 svos use 3.45's, after that all svos were 3.73.

thanks. i was being lazy and thought i would just go get the svo instead of doin the lincoln calipers on one of my 8.8s.

Get the rear, pull everything and put it into an 8.8.

Unless you've already got closer access to the Lincoln stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the 85.5-86 svo's have an 8.8?
