Where's the fuse panel?

Guys,I'm a doofus and can't believe I'm asking for help on this....But where the hell is the fuse box...I hadn't needed to get in it for years and I can't friggin remember where the hell it's at.... :roll:

Behind the panel that's below, and surrounds the bottom of, the steering column. The same panel that's right in front of your knees as you're sitting in the driver's seat.

I always leave that panel off, its seems ridiculous to me that you can't have instannt access to the fuses when needed. One day I will probably just cut the panel and put a door in it in front of the fusebox.
