Three of the four turbine rims that were on my Futura will be on my 85 GT tomarrow. The Forth will be an extra that I have laying around...

Any of you that have seen how these Rims accented my Futura... and how much they improved the looks of the Futura... will know they will make the GT look just as hot as they did the Futura.

For those that haven't seen what I do to a Set of Turbines....

These arn't your typical turbine rims after I finish with them!

I only had to bring out and work on one of my extra turbines to replace the one that was hit.

Pictures in the photo album tomarrow.... :D

Go for it.

I cleaned and degreased the rims before masking them off. It's better to have the valve stem removed befor painting... but not nessisary. I then used the blue painters masking tape and an x-acto knife to cover the parts I didn't want painted. Then I used a couple of layers Rust-Oleum Automotive primer... then a couple of layers of Rust-oelum Flat black. Once the paint was dry I took the painters tape off and cleaned the edges of the paint up a little with the x-acto knife.
