I like white cars. What would look sweet is some TRX whels on that 83.

I tried my other hood and it doesnt fit. I have 6 10 holes so ill run them for now. Trx's are hard to find. I like the turbines very much though. Its gettin painted as that paint isnt sticking very well

Let me guess you tried a Mustang hood? Yeah it won't fit right. All Capri hoods should fit regardless of year.

yeah it was a stang hood. Theres nothing wrong with my capri hood i just liked the mustang hood better. I got the tailghts on and now the hatch doesnt look so bad. Ill put the new bumper on next week

Not being raped. I had cracked taillights anyways and im keeping the bubble hatch. If i was gonna make it look like a stang i had all the parts i needed on my rusted out 83 gt. Its a project and is customized so no other car looks like mine. At least im not removing the bubble

BTW the asc wings may be ready soon so you can get one of those and the bubble will look ALOT better to you.

BTW, by keeping the bubble you are gaining a bit in the speed department. A little extra weight over the rear wheels and better aerodynamics....or at least that's the rumor ;)

Where can you get that wing. I'd have to get it before paint. An ascmacclaren isnt exactly easy to find and i literally have the only capri in town.

The guy says he's going to have them ready in a few weeks. You should be able to paint the wing anytime and just bolt it on.

i wish i could say the same, some other white capri moved into my town and started pulling parts off mine before i could get it out of the yard! glad they only got through the moulding and didn't try to pull the windshield out (all else that they got was the cowl vent) there is only 2 other capris in total, and they too are in the junkyard!

i myself dont blame you for getting rid of the taillights, the bubbles have started to grow on me, but the taillights are still burning my eyes!

i hope that those wings come through, if not i might try to build one of my own...

The next closest Capri to him is probably in my area...and its parked out in front of a strip club. Then there is another in the same area that had a Mustang hatch(looked wrong) and Turbocoupe Snowflake wheels.
