Hey guys im just gonna throw up an idea on getting a 2.5 inch cowl repro pace car hood, front air dam and have stripes custom painted on my 79 coupe, effectlively turning it into a 79 pace car coupe. Would this be advisable or blasphemic?

I think it would look cool, but the purists may cringe. But, hey... it's your car. Have fun with it! 8)


I have always wanted to build a SVO vert and make it look like the factory did it...

Go for it, but dont forget the 3 peice spoiler if you dont have it. Your VIN will always say its not a PACE, but honestly it does not matter if your out there to have fun.

The three-piece spoiler will not fit a coupe.

You would lose the kick as* spoiler combo that the SVO is famous for not too mention the sail panels...

You would have to add a few things to it I would think.
