for those who don't know, a suicidal man had instigated the train derailment by parking his truck across some train tracks. he decided against killing himself and jumped out of the SUV before the train hit, derailed, hit another train and from what i last heard killing ten people. this guy tried to kill himself two times before this by stabbing himself and slitting his wrists, but both superficial. see what happens when you want to kill yourself?

I'm sure that he will argue temporary insanity against the 10 homicide charges he is now facing. :x

No more pics from you. :nono:
They will probably try to say he has some kind of mental disorder since he has tried to kill himself before.

Jeez, someone do it for him please!
If he's crazy... then he wont know he'd be exicuted.... plus he'll get his wish to no longer be in this world.
If it was up to me... he'd be tied to the closest amtrack rails and runover by a 100+ton engine... or two. Hell, right behind my work I see the Santa Fe's going at least twice a week... nice big engines there.
After this I think one of the changes to the Metrolink line will be that the engines will be pulling the cars insread of pushing them. You get a megaton Santa Fe engine up against a jeep cherokee... that cherokee wont phase the engine and all the poeple on those trains would have been safe.

I'm sure he won't get the death penalty, because he'll probably plead insanity, but the best thing that could happen to someone that caused that is to end up in jail for life. I really feel sorry for the families involved in such a senseless (and avoidable) tragedy.

Sane or insane, this is the kind of reject society has no use for. Chop him up into fertilizer so we might be able get some use out of his pathetic worthless existance.

Ha Ha! I work for Scotts Lawn Service and that's our job--to fertilize lawns. I'm sure he'd work good, as natural based fertilizer does an awesome job of keeping lawns green.
