83 T-bird Mirrors?

Driver's side mirror was missing and passenger side mirror was broken on my 83 TC when I bought it. I found the drivers mirror in the trunk, also broken.

All that's left in the housing is a small white chunk of plastic that the mirror glass looks like it used to mount on somehow before the whole thing was broken.
when I use the power mirror control on the console, I can hear the motor run and the screw that holds this broken chunk of plastic in moves with it, so the housing and drive are good.

Is there a source for the pad on the back of the mirror? I'm pretty sure I could get the glass no problem, but is there a way to get the pad off a used one without busting the glass, or should I just bite the bullet and find a couple new mirrors?

If you decide to replace the mirrors, and if they'll fit, I may be getting an 86 to part out soon (as in, two weeks). Cant do much else with it since it has no title.

i have an 84 tbird parts car with intact side mirrors, are they the same as what you need? If so I'll look over their condition more closely and PM you.
