How rare

How rare would a 79-86 mustang LX T-top car be, and would it be a 302.
I noticed one today when we went out for eat breakfast.

T-roof = '77/'78 (non-Ghia, hatchback only), '81-'88 (coupe or hatchback)
LX = '84-'93

LX could have 2.3L, 3.8L, or 5.0L engine

I would also like to know, I have an 83 GT hatch with T-tops and ive been told it was pretty rare, but im not sure.
