OK I looked some more and THAT OFFICIALLY KICKS ASS!

I think I now see how things are hooked up on those fog lights.

A couple of requests for more pics since I see your car has mos everything undisturbed....

Can you get a picture of the foglight wiring where it attaches to the front of the car...along the radiator support or whatever. It seems there is no foglight bracket as in other "normal" Mustangs/Capris.

Can I get a pic the foglight wiring connects into the main harness?

Does the foglight wiring harness look the same as the stuff on Capris/Mustangs? I can't quite tell.

Can I get a pic of the air horn canister location on the driver's side frame? That is if it's still there.

Looking at it a bit more I wonder if the front air dam was replaced. Is it made out of "bendy" material or is it hard plastic/fiberglass like your side skirts?
